Terms and Conditions
Using The App
Sorriso Nation is provided to invited academy students and staff so they can access training, booking, progress, profile, and community features. Accounts are created or invited by the academy, and users complete account setup by accepting the invite and setting their password.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login details secure and do not share your account with another person.
- Provide accurate profile, contact, and emergency information where requested by your academy.
- Use class booking, leaderboard, reflection, and community features respectfully.
- Follow academy rules, coach instructions, and safety expectations when training.
- Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
Academy-Managed Access
Your academy may manage your membership status, role, location, class access, and certain profile details. Access to the app can be paused or removed if your academy relationship changes, if required for safety or operations, or if these terms are breached.
Training And Safety
The app may display schedules, goals, learning content, and training records, but it is not medical advice. You are responsible for training within your ability and following coach guidance. Contact your academy or a qualified professional for health, safety, or injury concerns.
Content And Community Features
Leaderboards, announcements, learning content, and community features are provided for academy engagement. Do not post or submit harmful, abusive, misleading, or unlawful content. Combate and the academy may remove content or restrict access where needed.
Privacy And Account Deletion
Your use of Sorriso Nation is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You may request account deletion from the app or from the Account Deletion page. Some academy, attendance, safety, legal, billing, financial, or operational records may be retained where required or permitted.
